We thank you and appreciate your decision to transact and process your payments through our Platform. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on our service sale pages or readers offer advertisements. The policy with regard to the processing of the refund, shall be in accordance with the clauses as set forth:
PROCESSING OF REFUND
We do not provide refunds of the convenience charges levied by the Platform if the transaction processed by you has been successful. By transacting and processing your payments through our Platform, you have impliedly consented to the convenience fee charged by us. In case of any double charge, error in payment or payment failure, you may intimate us by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org . We willreview the query raised by you and if the complaint is considered genuine, we shall act on resolving the same within seven working days. We are not responsible for any dispute over the transaction, payment or purchased goods or services you may have with the recipient of the payment, as the Platform operated by us is only a payment facilitator.
If you are a business user or a merchant using our Platform for receiving payments from your customers, a transaction may be reversed or charged back to your account under the following circumstances:
- If it is disputed by the buyer.
- reversed for any reason by the Network
- Is considered a fraudulent transaction
- Is deemed to be in violation of the Agreement
- Transaction is not executed in good faith
Under the above circumstances we have the right to withhold the disputed transaction amount. In furtherance to this we have the discretion of imposing a penalty on you for every charge back that has occurred. The penalty amount would vary on a case to case basis. In case there a frequent chargeback in your account, we have the right to suspend your account or increase the processing fee. The authority to take the final decision shall vest solely with us under such circumstances.
As a User cannot cancel a transaction after it has been successfully processed. We have the discretion of imposing a fee for effecting such transaction. For initiating the cancellation request please mail us at email@example.com .
The Company may at its sole discretion may cancel any transcation(s):
- if it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
- in case of unavailability of a service, or
- for any reason outside the control of the Company.
- if the Company does not want to do business with the User
Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of service specifications and pricing, the details of a service as reflected on the Platform may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect service information set out on the Platform and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Company.
We maintain a negative list/black list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.
